Terms of Service — Lumara Home

1. Overview

By accessing or purchasing from lumarahome.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Australian laws and regulations. Lumara Home is a trading name of Finxtek Pty Ltd (NSW, Australia).

2. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes — minor colour variations may exist due to screen settings, and hand-glazed ceramics vary naturally from piece to piece.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or approval of your instalment plan. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay via Shopify Payments, and Afterpay (four interest-free instalments). Afterpay is subject to Afterpay's own terms and approval process.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Lumara Home is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. All returns and refunds are processed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our voluntary 30-day return policy.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, rights, or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Where any term is inconsistent with the ACL, the ACL prevails.

7. Intellectual property

All content on lumarahome.com.au — including the Lumara Home name, logo, product descriptions, photographs, and designs — is the property of Finxtek Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law (and subject always to clause 6), Lumara Home is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

9. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
