Lumara Home offers free standard delivery on all orders across Australia. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise shipping charges at checkout.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date. Rural and remote areas may require an additional 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once dispatched. Contact hello@lumarahome.com.au if you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your expected dispatch date.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your order is damaged or confirmed lost. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
