Terms of Service — Lumara Home

1. Overview

By accessing or purchasing from lumarahome.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Lumara Home is operated by Finxtek Pty Ltd, Sydney NSW Australia.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Product images are for illustrative purposes — minor colour variations may exist due to screen settings. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm all information is accurate and you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Lumara Home is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. All returns and refunds are processed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our voluntary 30-day return policy.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, rights, or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Where any term is inconsistent with the ACL, the ACL prevails.

7. Made-to-order products

Products marked "Made to order" are sourced specifically for your order from our trusted Australian wholesale suppliers. These products cannot be cancelled once confirmed with our supplier, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on lumarahome.com.au — including the Lumara Home name, logo, product descriptions, photographs and designs — is the property of Finxtek Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lumara Home is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
