Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love every Lumara Home purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery — no fine print, no hassle. All returns and refund requests are processed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under the ACL.
Eligibility for returns
- The product arrived faulty, damaged, or not as described
- You changed your mind and the product is unused and in its original packaging
- The wrong product was delivered
How to request a return
- Email us at hello@lumarahome.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
- We'll confirm whether a return is required or whether we can process your refund without needing the item back
- Faulty or incorrect items: we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Change of mind: you cover return shipping; we refund the full product price on receipt
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected (or waived), your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Allow a further 3–10 business days for your bank to process it.
Faulty or damaged products
If your item arrives faulty or damaged in transit, we replace or refund it in full — including all shipping costs. Email a photo to hello@lumarahome.com.au and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
Made-to-order products
Products marked "Made to order" are sourced specifically for your order. These cannot be cancelled once confirmed with our supplier, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
