Free Delivery — Australia Wide
Lumara Home offers free standard delivery on all orders across Australia. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise shipping charges at checkout.
Delivery timeframes
We carry two types of products — stocked items held in Sydney, and on-demand items sourced fresh for each order from our trusted Australian suppliers. Delivery timeframes differ accordingly:

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Not sure if your product is stocked or on-demand? Stocked products are listed in our Best Sellers collection. On-demand products include a note on the product page stating "5–7 business days for dispatch."
Order processing
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. For stocked items, we dispatch within 1–2 business days. For on-demand items, we source your product from our trusted Australian wholesale suppliers and dispatch within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once dispatched.
Tracking your order
Every Lumara Home order includes tracking. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your expected dispatch date, please contact us at hello@lumarahome.com.au.
International shipping
At this time, Lumara Home ships exclusively within Australia. Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when we expand.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@lumarahome.com.au and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
